Anil brings 30 years of Financial Services, Technology and Management Experience (driving revenue growth, and operational efficiency) that has been the result of his family office experience as well as consulting experience with global institutions such as Capgemini, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Lehman, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Nomura. He leveraged his technical expertise in ERP/SCM (SAP), and CRM (Salesforce) and vertical industry acumen as an investor in IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Digital and Engineering service firms that successfully completed NASDAQ and NYSE listings (such as CBSI, SAY).
His experience through enterprises such as (but not limited to) Human Capital Development, Solid Rock, Global Blockchain Ventures, and Reedland Capital Partners, represent a portfolio consisting of real-estate (residential, commercial, and hospitality), media and entertainment (video games, feature films and OTT), healthcare (pharma, hospital, digital healthcare), education (K-12, Higher Ed), consumer products (agriculture, food and beverage, retail), and technology (AI, ML, Blockchain).
He serves as Chairman of human capital management firm, People360 – the firm has been involved with over 40 global enterprises in enabling their global in-house centers of excellence in India.
This diverse industry (technology, investment and operational) expertise has enabled successful relationships with enterprises such as (but not limited to) The Walt Disney Company, General Electric, Intel, Prudential, Microsoft, Coca Cola, Verizon, EMC, Qualcomm, and World Bank.
He has a Bachelors (Honors) Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani (India), a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and has authored a technology book published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
